At Commure, we're building the AI Operating System for healthcare, the foundation that defines how care is delivered, documented, and financed. Our platform spans the full care journey: Ambient AI and Dictation eliminating documentation burden at the point of care, intelligent Agents automating patient and revenue workflows, and autonomous RCM processing billions in claims, all on a single AI-native platform integrated with 60+ EHRs.
Healthcare carries a $1 trillion administrative burden and we're at the center of transforming it. Today, 500,000+ clinicians across 500+ healthcare organizations nationwide trust Commure to handle $25B+ in annual claims and support over 200 million patient interactions. Our latest $70M raise at a $7B valuation reflects the confidence the market has placed in this mission. We've also been named to the Fortune Future 50 list and the 2026 AI Breakthrough Awards for “Overall NLP Company of the Year.”
Our team works directly alongside clinicians, not through layers of process, which means the gap between what you build and its impact on patient care is immediate. We move fast, deploy daily, and take full ownership from early thinking to production. If you're energized by hard problems, high stakes, and a team that holds itself to a high bar, you'll find your people here.
The future of healthcare is being built right now. Come deliver this transformation.
About the Role
This is not a conventional support or project management role. You'll serve as the operational owner for Ambient EHR integrations across our enterprise health system portfolio, acting as the connective tissue between Engineering, Implementation Consultants, Customer Success, and client IT teams. When an integration breaks, stalls, or behaves unexpectedly, you're the person who diagnoses what's actually happening, routes it to the right owner with the right context, and drives it to a fast, defensible resolution.
You'll own integration launch coordination end-to-end for new enterprise deployments, from kickoff and technical validation through go-live and stabilization, across a portfolio of 10+ EHRs. This includes account configuration and validation, provider and site setup verification, sync health monitoring, and coordinating client-side dependencies like network access, API credentials, and template builds.
You'll be the triage engine for integration issues in production: reproducing and scoping problems, distinguishing product bugs from configuration issues from client-environment problems, and holding the line on triage SLAs. You'll work directly in internal tooling, tracking issues in Linear, and you'll build the dashboards and health metrics that give leadership visibility into enterprise sync rates and error trends.
Across all of it, you'll be the process architect: codifying integration triage, launch, and escalation workflows into documented runbooks and playbooks that survive personnel changes, and establishing operating cadence through weekly status reporting to executive audiences, SLA reviews, and cross-functional syncs.
What You Have
Required:
- 8-10 years in operations, ideally in healthcare technology with demonstrated experience owning cross-functional workflows requiring triage, judgment, and stakeholder alignment
- Proven triage and escalation ownership: you can reproduce an issue, isolate root cause across product, configuration, and client environment, and route it with enough context that engineering doesn't have to re-investigate
- Strong documentation instincts: you think in systems, write runbooks that others can execute without you, and keep them current
- Strong written communication, equally fluent in executive status updates, internal escalation summaries, and client-facing emails to health system IT and clinical stakeholders
- A systems thinker and low-ego operator who builds trust through consistent follow-through, and who can deliver a clear, documented "no" when a request falls outside supported scope
Nice to Have:
- Direct experience with ambient AI clinical documentation workflows or point-of-care technology deployments
- Hands-on experience with at least one major EHR platform (Epic, Meditech Expanse, Athena, Cerner, eClinicalWorks, or oncology EMRs)
- Working knowledge of EHR integration fundamentals: HL7, FHIR, REST APIs, token-based authentication, and the practical failure modes of each (auth errors, network/firewall blocks, data routing issues)
- Experience coordinating launches with enterprise health system IT teams, including navigating network access, SSID/firewall constraints, credentialing, and third-party template vendors
- Obsessively organized but adaptable: you hold a complex multi-client portfolio without losing the thread when priorities shift, and you manage upward proactively without being asked

Tips for Finding Customer Success Operations Jobs at Commure
Frame your CS ops experience in healthcare tech terms
Commure serves healthcare providers with clinical workflow software. Tailor your resume to highlight experience with SaaS onboarding, customer health scoring, or implementation project management in regulated or enterprise environments, not generic CS coordination.
Verify your degree supports a specialty occupation filing
H-1B approval for Customer Success Operations roles hinges on USCIS accepting the position as a specialty occupation. A degree in business information systems, operations management, or a related technical field strengthens your petition compared to a general business degree.
Time your OPT application around Commure's hiring cycles
F-1 students should file the OPT EAD application with USCIS up to 90 days before graduation. Commure posts Customer Success Operations roles throughout the year, so aligning your authorization timeline with active openings avoids gaps between your start date and work eligibility.
Use Migrate Mate to filter open roles by visa type
Search Commure's Customer Success Operations listings on Migrate Mate to see which roles actively support H-1B, TN, or OPT candidates. Filtering by sponsorship type before applying saves time and surfaces positions where your visa situation is already accounted for.
Clarify LCA and prevailing wage expectations before signing
Before accepting an offer, confirm that Commure's HR team has initiated the Labor Condition Application with the DOL for your work location. LCA certification is required before USCIS can process the H-1B petition, and delays here push back your start date.
Prepare a concise post-offer immigration briefing document
Commure's internal HR teams manage sponsorship logistics, but you'll move faster if you arrive with a one-page summary of your current status, visa expiration, and any grace period constraints. This helps the team prioritize premium processing or cap-exempt filings where needed.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Commure sponsor H-1B visas for Customer Success Operations?
Yes, Commure sponsors H-1B visas for Customer Success Operations roles. The company operates in healthcare technology, where these positions typically qualify as specialty occupations requiring a relevant bachelor's degree. If you're currently on OPT and receive an offer, Commure's HR team can initiate an H-1B petition before your OPT period expires, including cap-subject filings through the annual USCIS lottery.
How do I apply for Customer Success Operations jobs at Commure?
Browse open Customer Success Operations roles directly through Commure's careers page or use Migrate Mate to filter listings by visa sponsorship type. When applying, tailor your application to Commure's healthcare technology focus, specifically referencing experience with enterprise SaaS, client onboarding, or clinical workflow adoption. Clearly note your visa status in your application or cover letter so the recruiting team can assess sponsorship requirements early.
Which visa types does Commure commonly support for Customer Success Operations roles?
Commure has sponsored H-1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, TN, and EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways for employees. For Customer Success Operations specifically, H-1B and OPT are the most common entry points. TN visas are available to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying business or engineering occupations. Green Card sponsorship through PERM labor certification typically follows after sustained employment.
What qualifications does Commure expect for Customer Success Operations roles?
Commure generally looks for candidates with experience in SaaS customer success, implementation management, or operations within a technology company. A degree in business, information systems, or a related field is common. For H-1B purposes, the degree should align closely with the role's duties. Familiarity with healthcare workflows, CRM platforms, or customer health analytics strengthens your candidacy beyond baseline qualifications.
How do I manage my visa timeline during the hiring process at Commure?
If you're on OPT, confirm your EAD expiration date before your first interview and factor in the 60-day grace period after employment ends. For H-1B transfers from another employer, Commure can file a transfer petition that allows you to start work upon receipt, not just approval. Communicate your authorization window to your recruiter early so the team can request premium processing from USCIS if your timeline is tight.
