Job Details: Our organization is seeking a dynamic and seasoned Permanent Project Manager to join our team in the Construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of project management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. This role will require a hands-on approach, and the Project Manager will be directly involved in the planning, execution, and completion of various construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Review and analyze project specifications and deliverables to ensure feasibility and adherence to company standards.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
- Lead and coordinate teams of contractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals.
- Conduct site visits and monitor progress to ensure projects are on track, identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
