Frame your background around technical marketing
Keysight markets complex instrumentation to engineers and procurement teams. Highlight experience translating technical specifications into customer-facing content, demand generation for hardware products, or go-to-market work in electronics, semiconductors, or test and measurement industries.
Align your degree field to the role
H-1B eligibility for Marketing roles requires a directly related specialty occupation degree. Marketing, Communications, or Business degrees are standard, but if your degree is in engineering or a technical field, position it as a strength for Keysight's audience-specific marketing work.
Target roles tied to specific product lines
Keysight's Marketing openings span product marketing, field marketing, and digital demand generation across distinct hardware divisions. Applying to roles scoped to a specific product line or industry segment, such as aerospace or 5G, signals genuine fit rather than a broad-sweep application.
Understand the LCA before your offer stage
Before Keysight can file your H-1B petition, they must obtain a certified Labor Condition Application from the DOL confirming your wage meets the prevailing rate for the role's location. Knowing this step exists helps you ask informed questions if your start date or offer timeline feels delayed.
Search verified sponsoring employers on Migrate Mate
Filter by Marketing roles and visa type on Migrate Mate to surface Keysight open positions alongside comparable Electronics and Hardware employers actively sponsoring H-1B and Green Card petitions, so you're targeting companies with confirmed sponsorship history.
Plan around H-1B cap timing if you're on OPT
If you're on F-1 OPT, the H-1B cap registration window opens in March for an October 1 start. STEM OPT gives you up to 36 months of work authorization, which can bridge the gap between an offer and an approved petition if you're not selected in your first lottery cycle.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Keysight Technologies sponsor H-1B visas for Marketings?
Yes, Keysight Technologies sponsors H-1B visas for Marketing roles. The company has a consistent pattern of filing H-1B petitions for Marketing professionals, particularly in product marketing, demand generation, and technical marketing functions that support its electronic test and measurement business. Sponsorship is not guaranteed for every role, so confirm with the recruiter early in the process.
How do I apply for Marketing jobs at Keysight Technologies?
Apply directly through Keysight's careers portal, where open Marketing roles are listed by function and region. Tailor your application to the specific product line or segment the role supports. You can also browse current Keysight Marketing openings filtered by visa sponsorship eligibility on Migrate Mate, which surfaces roles from employers with active sponsorship activity.
Which visa types does Keysight Technologies use for Marketing professionals?
Keysight sponsors both H-1B nonimmigrant visas and employment-based immigrant visa pathways, including EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card categories, for Marketing roles. H-1B is the most common starting point for international hires. Candidates who remain with the company longer term may be supported through PERM labor certification as part of a Green Card sponsorship process.
What qualifications does Keysight Technologies expect for Marketing roles?
Most Marketing positions at Keysight require a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. For H-1B eligibility, the degree must directly relate to the duties of the role. Practical experience in B2B marketing, technical content development, or go-to-market execution for hardware or electronics products strengthens your candidacy, particularly for product marketing and field marketing functions.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take for a Keysight Marketing role?
If you're subject to the H-1B cap, count on a minimum of six to twelve months from offer to authorized start date, depending on the lottery outcome and USCIS processing times. Cap-exempt scenarios can move faster. Keysight typically initiates the LCA filing with the DOL before submitting the H-1B petition to USCIS, so prompt document submission on your end keeps the timeline on track.
