Align your credentials to specialty occupation standards
H-1B eligibility for Business Manager roles requires a direct tie between your degree field and the position. A general business degree paired with manufacturing operations experience carries more weight than an unrelated field, so frame your resume to make that connection explicit before you apply.
Target Lennox divisions with recurring Business Manager openings
Lennox International hires Business Managers across its Residential, Commercial, and Refrigeration segments. Identifying which business unit aligns with your industry background helps you focus your outreach and tailor your application to the operational priorities of that specific division.
Understand how manufacturing employers structure LCA filings
DOL requires Lennox to file a Labor Condition Application certifying prevailing wage compliance before your H-1B petition reaches USCIS. Knowing this step exists means you can ask recruiters where they are in the process, rather than waiting passively after an offer.
Position yourself for Green Card sponsorship early in negotiations
Manufacturing companies with established HR infrastructure often run PERM labor certification for managerial roles once an employee demonstrates value. Raising long-term sponsorship intent during the offer stage, not months later, signals seriousness and lets both sides plan the EB-2 or EB-3 timeline together.
Use Migrate Mate to find active Business Manager roles at Lennox
Filter for Business Manager positions at Lennox International on Migrate Mate to surface roles where sponsorship has been confirmed. This cuts out the guesswork of cold-applying to postings where visa support is uncertain and focuses your effort on verified opportunities.
Prepare documentation that reflects P&L and team leadership scope
Lennox Business Manager roles typically involve ownership of revenue targets and cross-functional team management. When immigration counsel evaluates your H-1B petition, supporting letters and resumes that quantify decision-making authority and organizational scope strengthen the specialty occupation classification argument.

Find Business Manager at Lennox International JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Lennox International sponsor H-1B visas for Business Managers?
Yes, Lennox International sponsors H-1B visas for Business Manager roles. The company files petitions through the standard USCIS cap-subject process, which includes the annual H-1B lottery held each March for an October 1 start date. If you already hold H-1B status with another employer, a transfer to Lennox can begin as soon as you receive a job offer, without waiting for the next lottery cycle.
How do I apply for Business Manager jobs at Lennox International?
Applications go through Lennox International's careers portal, where Business Manager openings are listed by division and location. Before applying, review the job description closely to confirm the role sits within a business segment that matches your background, whether that is residential HVAC, commercial systems, or refrigeration. Migrate Mate also aggregates Lennox Business Manager postings filtered by sponsorship eligibility, which helps you prioritize roles where visa support has been confirmed.
Which visa types does Lennox International commonly use for Business Manager roles?
The H-1B is the most common nonimmigrant visa for Business Manager positions at Lennox, given the role's degree requirements in business, finance, or a related field. For longer-term immigration, Lennox has used both the EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways through PERM labor certification. EB-2 is typical for roles requiring an advanced degree or specialized expertise, while EB-3 applies to positions filled by candidates with a standard bachelor's degree.
What qualifications does Lennox International expect for Business Manager candidates seeking sponsorship?
Lennox typically looks for candidates with a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or engineering, depending on the division. Relevant manufacturing or HVAC industry experience strengthens your application considerably. For H-1B purposes, your degree field needs to align directly with the Business Manager role, so candidates with both a qualifying degree and hands-on P&L or commercial management experience are the strongest sponsorship candidates.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take for a Business Manager role at Lennox International?
If you need a new H-1B cap-subject petition, the timeline runs from lottery registration in March through an October 1 start date at the earliest. Lennox can file the petition in April after a lottery selection, and USCIS standard processing takes three to five months. Premium processing through USCIS cuts that to 15 business days for an additional fee, which Lennox may elect for time-sensitive hires. A transfer from an existing H-1B is faster and can start within days of filing.
