Target Open Roles by Project Type
Rosendin staffs engineers by project pipeline, so roles in renewable energy, data centers, and industrial builds cycle in and out. Search for openings tied to sectors where your technical background is strongest to improve your fit before applying.
Browse Rosendin Openings Through Migrate Mate

Understand How H-1B Cap Timing Affects Your Start Date
USCIS only accepts H-1B cap petitions in April, with an October 1 start date if selected. If you receive an offer outside that window, discuss with HR whether a cap-exempt or COS pathway applies to your current status.

Find Electrical Engineer at Rosendin Electric JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Rosendin Electric sponsor H-1B visas for Electrical Engineers?
Yes, Rosendin Electric has sponsored H-1B visas for Electrical Engineers. The company works with international candidates across its energy and construction project portfolio. If you're currently on a different status, such as F-1 OPT, confirm with the recruiter early whether H-1B sponsorship is available for the specific role and project you're being considered for.
How do I apply for Electrical Engineer jobs at Rosendin Electric?
Applications go through Rosendin Electric's careers portal, where you can filter by role and location. Before applying, tailor your resume to emphasize project-based electrical engineering experience relevant to energy or construction. Migrate Mate is a useful starting point to identify which open Electrical Engineer roles at Rosendin are tied to visa sponsorship, so you can prioritize your outreach.
Which visa types does Rosendin Electric commonly sponsor for Electrical Engineer roles?
Rosendin Electric sponsors H-1B visas for Electrical Engineers and also supports candidates on F-1 OPT and CPT, TN, and J-1 status. TN visas apply to Canadian and Mexican nationals whose role qualifies under USMCA engineering categories. Each visa type has different employer obligations, so ask HR which pathways are actively supported for the role you're applying to.
What qualifications does Rosendin Electric expect from Electrical Engineer candidates?
Rosendin typically looks for a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and practical experience with power distribution, electrical design, or construction project delivery. Familiarity with the National Electrical Code and design tools like AutoCAD or ETAP strengthens your application. Project management exposure and the ability to coordinate with field crews, contractors, and inspectors is valued given the company's construction and energy focus.
How do I manage visa timing when starting the process with Rosendin Electric?
The biggest timing risk is the H-1B cap. USCIS accepts petitions only in early April for an October 1 start, so if you receive an offer in late spring or summer, your start date may be nearly a year away. Discuss this scenario directly with Rosendin's HR team early in the process so both sides can plan project staffing and your status continuity accordingly.
