Our real-time APIs have helped verify hundreds of millions of identities, starting with financial services and rapidly expanding into new markets. We’ve earned recognition from TechCrunch, CNBC, Bloomberg, Forbes, Business Insider, PYMNTS, American Banker, LendIt, and have been named to the Forbes Fintech 50 list every year since 2023. Last but not least, we’ve even made history - we were the first company to go live with the eCBSV and testified before the United States House of Representatives on the future of identity. SentiLink supports a variety of ways to work, ranging from fully remote to in-office. We operate as a digital-first company with strong collaboration across the U.S. and India. We maintain physical offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles, and Chicago in the U.S., and in Gurugram (Delhi) and Bengaluru in India. If you’re located near one of these offices, we would love for you to spend time in the office regularly. Some roles are hybrid or in-office by design. For example, our engineering team in India works primarily from our Gurugram office.

Align your credentials to SentiLink's technical stack
SentiLink operates in identity verification and fraud detection, so your resume should connect hardware or systems experience to fintech infrastructure. Highlight any work with networked systems, diagnostic tooling, or quality assurance workflows relevant to software-adjacent technical environments.
Confirm TN eligibility before applying
Canadian and Mexican nationals can use the TN visa for qualifying Engineering Technician roles without waiting on USCIS processing. Verify your specific job title maps to an approved TN occupation category under USMCA before your first interview round.
Target open roles through Migrate Mate
Use Migrate Mate to filter SentiLink's Engineering Technician openings by visa type so you're only applying to roles explicitly open to sponsorship. This saves time and ensures you're not pursuing positions with implicit citizenship or permanent residency requirements.
Prepare your OPT documents before an offer arrives
If you're on F-1 OPT, have your EAD card, I-20, and offer letter ready before SentiLink initiates onboarding. USCIS requires E-Verify completion within three business days of your start date, and delays in paperwork can jeopardize your start date.
Understand the PERM timeline for EB-3 sponsorship
EB-3 sponsorship at a company like SentiLink typically starts with a DOL PERM labor certification, which can take six to eighteen months before USCIS petition filing even begins. Ask your SentiLink recruiter whether they initiate PERM concurrently with employment or only after a probationary period.

Find Engineering Technician at SentiLink JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does SentiLink sponsor H-1B visas for Engineering Technicians?
SentiLink's documented sponsorship activity for Engineering Technician roles is concentrated in EB-2, EB-3, and F-1 OPT pathways rather than H-1B. Engineering Technician positions may not consistently meet the H-1B specialty occupation threshold, which requires a direct relationship between a specific bachelor's degree field and the duties performed. Confirm the visa types available for your specific role during the recruiter screening stage.
How do I apply for Engineering Technician jobs at SentiLink?
Browse current Engineering Technician openings at SentiLink through Migrate Mate, which filters roles by visa sponsorship type so you can identify positions that match your immigration status. Once you identify a fit, apply directly through SentiLink's careers portal and flag your visa status in the initial application or recruiter screen to confirm sponsorship availability before advancing through interviews.
Which visa types does SentiLink commonly use for Engineering Technician roles?
SentiLink has sponsored Engineering Technician roles through F-1 OPT, TN, and employment-based Green Card pathways including EB-2 and EB-3. F-1 OPT is typically the starting point for recent graduates, while TN is available to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying engineering categories. EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship usually comes after a period of full-time employment and involves PERM labor certification through the DOL.
What qualifications does SentiLink expect for Engineering Technician candidates?
SentiLink operates in identity fraud detection, so Engineering Technician candidates are generally expected to bring hands-on experience with technical systems, diagnostics, or infrastructure support in a software or fintech environment. A relevant associate's or bachelor's degree in engineering technology, computer science, or a related field strengthens your application. Practical experience with networked systems or quality assurance processes is typically valued over credentials alone.
How do I manage the timing between an offer from SentiLink and my visa status?
If you're on F-1 OPT, you have a 60-day grace period after your current employment ends to secure a new offer and maintain status. For TN, status is employer-specific, so a new TN letter is required before your SentiLink start date. For EB-3 sponsorship, budget for a DOL PERM process that can run six to eighteen months before USCIS filing, meaning you'll typically work under a temporary status while the Green Card petition progresses.
