INTRODUCTION
SentiLink provides innovative identity and risk solutions, empowering institutions and individuals to transact with confidence. We’re building the future of identity verification in the United States replacing a clunky, ineffective, and expensive status quo with solutions that are 10x faster, smarter, and more accurate. We’ve seen tremendous traction and are growing extremely quickly. Our real-time APIs have helped verify hundreds of millions of identities, starting with financial services and rapidly expanding into new markets. SentiLink is backed by world-class investors including Craft Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, NYCA, and Max Levchin. We’ve earned recognition from TechCrunch, CNBC, Bloomberg, Forbes, Business Insider, PYMNTS, American Banker, LendIt, and have been named to the Forbes Fintech 50 list every year since 2023. Last but not least, we’ve even made history - we were the first company to go live with the eCBSV and testified before the United States House of Representatives on the future of identity. SentiLink supports a variety of ways to work, ranging from fully remote to in-office. We operate as a digital-first company with strong collaboration across the U.S. and India. We maintain physical offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles, and Chicago in the U.S., and in Gurugram (Delhi) and Bengaluru in India. If you’re located near one of these offices, we would love for you to spend time in the office regularly. Some roles are hybrid or in-office by design. For example, our engineering team in India works primarily from our Gurugram office.

Frame Your Experience Around Fraud Operations
SentiLink builds identity verification and fraud detection infrastructure for financial institutions. Highlight any experience with risk operations, compliance workflows, or fintech process improvement in your resume and cover letter. Generic operations experience reads as a mismatch.
Target Roles Requiring Cross-Functional Coordination
SentiLink's Business Operations openings often involve working across sales, engineering, and product teams. Roles that touch multiple departments are more likely to have headcount tied to strategic growth priorities, which makes sponsorship a more straightforward internal conversation.
Use Migrate Mate to Surface Sponsorship-Confirmed Openings
Search SentiLink's Business Operations listings on Migrate Mate to identify roles where the company has an active sponsorship pattern. This filters out positions where sponsorship is ambiguous before you invest time in the application process.
Negotiate Filing Timing During the Offer Stage
Once you have an offer, clarify whether your employer intends to file for H-1B cap registration in the upcoming April cycle or use a cap-exempt route. TN classification is available for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying operations roles and doesn't require waiting for the annual lottery.
Gather Documentation That Supports Specialty Occupation
For an H-1B or EB-2/EB-3 petition, USCIS requires evidence that the Business Operations role requires at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field. Collect transcripts, degree certificates, and any credential evaluations early so your employer's counsel can build a strong petition.

Find Business Operations at SentiLink JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does SentiLink sponsor H-1B visas for Business Operations?
SentiLink has sponsored employment-based visas for workers in operations functions, but H-1B sponsorship for any specific role depends on the position's requirements and the company's hiring priorities at the time. Business Operations roles must qualify as a specialty occupation under USCIS standards, meaning the position should require a degree in a specific field. Confirming sponsorship intent directly during the interview process is the most reliable approach.
How do I apply for Business Operations jobs at SentiLink?
You can browse and apply for Business Operations openings at SentiLink through Migrate Mate, which surfaces roles where the company has a sponsorship track record. When applying, tailor your materials to reflect experience relevant to fintech operations, cross-functional coordination, or process improvement in a high-growth technology environment. Following up after submitting your application is reasonable given the competitive nature of these roles.
Which visa types does SentiLink commonly use for Business Operations roles?
SentiLink has sponsored workers through F-1 OPT, TN, and employment-based Green Card pathways including EB-2 and EB-3. F-1 OPT is common for recent graduates entering operations roles. TN is available to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying management or analyst positions. EB-2 and EB-3 are longer-term pathways that require PERM labor certification through the DOL before a petition can be filed.
What qualifications does SentiLink expect for Business Operations candidates?
SentiLink typically looks for candidates with a background in business, finance, economics, or a related field, along with demonstrated experience in process improvement, data analysis, or cross-functional project management. Familiarity with financial services, fraud detection, or risk operations is a differentiator. For international candidates, a well-documented degree in a field that aligns with the specific role strengthens both your application and any future visa petition.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take for a Business Operations role at SentiLink?
Timeline depends heavily on visa type. F-1 OPT authorization is typically in place before you start. TN status for Canadians can be obtained at the port of entry on the start date. H-1B cap petitions are filed in April for an October 1 start, meaning a six-month gap is common. EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card processes involve PERM labor certification, which can take one to two years before USCIS adjudicates the immigrant petition.
