Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Business Operations Jobs at Veeva Systems Jobs
Align your degree to Veeva's role requirements
Business Operations roles at Veeva typically require a degree in business, finance, or a quantitative field. Confirm your credential maps to the specialty occupation standard USCIS applies before you apply, since a mismatch here can create petition problems later.
Target roles tied to Veeva's core verticals
Veeva organizes its Business Operations function around its commercial and R&D software products. Applying to roles that sit within these product lines, rather than general corporate ops, puts you in front of hiring managers with budget and sponsorship precedent for the function.
Use Migrate Mate to filter verified sponsorship roles
Veeva posts Business Operations openings across multiple boards, but not all listings signal visa sponsorship eligibility. Migrate Mate filters specifically for verified sponsoring employers, so you can identify active Veeva postings that are open to H-1B and OPT candidates.
Confirm Veeva has filed your LCA before your offer closes
Before you sign an offer, ask whether the Labor Condition Application has been submitted to DOL. For Business Operations roles, the LCA must be certified before USCIS can accept the I-129 petition, and delays here can push your start date by weeks.
Prepare a portfolio of cross-functional operations work
Veeva's Business Operations interviews frequently test systems thinking across sales, finance, and product workflows. Document specific projects where you built or improved operational processes, ideally in a SaaS or life sciences environment, to demonstrate the cross-functional scope these roles require.

Find Business Operations at Veeva Systems JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Veeva Systems sponsor H-1B visas for Business Operations?
Yes, Veeva Systems sponsors H-1B visas for Business Operations roles. The company has a consistent history of filing petitions for this function, and Business Operations positions at Veeva typically meet the specialty occupation standard USCIS requires for H-1B approval, given the degree requirements tied to these roles.
How do I apply for Business Operations jobs at Veeva Systems?
You can apply directly through Veeva's careers page or find verified sponsorship-eligible openings on Migrate Mate, which filters Veeva's Business Operations postings by visa sponsorship status. Tailor your application to the specific product line or team the role supports, since Veeva's Business Operations function spans commercial, medical, and R&D verticals.
Which visa types does Veeva Systems commonly use for Business Operations roles?
Veeva sponsors H-1B and H-1B1 visas for Business Operations candidates, and supports F-1 OPT and CPT for students transitioning from university programs. For candidates pursuing permanent residence, Veeva has sponsored EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways. TN status is also available for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying Business Operations roles.
What qualifications does Veeva Systems expect for Business Operations roles?
Veeva typically looks for a bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field, along with experience supporting go-to-market or commercial operations in a SaaS environment. Familiarity with Veeva's own products or the life sciences industry is a practical advantage, since the Business Operations function directly supports Veeva's commercial and R&D software lines.
How do I time my H-1B sponsorship process when applying to Veeva Systems?
USCIS opens H-1B registration in March each year, with a cap of 85,000 visas for the fiscal year starting October 1. If you're on F-1 OPT, your authorization needs to remain valid through at least October 1 of the year Veeva files your petition. Start conversations with Veeva's recruiting team by January or February so there's enough time to complete the LCA filing with DOL before the registration window opens.
