Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated Construction Laborer / Field Support team member to assist with day-to-day operations across multiple active job sites.
This is a hands-on, versatile position ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, and taking initiative. Responsibilities will range from transporting materials and maintaining organized job sites to assisting with light construction work and supporting our project managers and field crews.
The right candidate will be dependable, organized, and willing to do whatever is needed to keep our projects moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Job Site Support & Maintenance
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized construction sites.
- Perform daily site cleanup, debris removal, and material organization.
- Assist with job site preparation and protection of existing property.
- Set up and maintain temporary fencing, safety barriers, and site protection.
- Assist with final project cleanup and punch list items.
Material Handling & Logistics
- Pick up and deliver construction materials, tools, equipment, and product samples to job sites.
- Coordinate material pickups and deliveries from local suppliers.
- Transport materials and equipment between active projects.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing job site materials.
- Monitor basic site supply needs and communicate shortages to project managers.
Light Construction & General Labor
- Assist with basic carpentry, demolition, excavation, grading, and landscape preparation.
- Perform minor repairs, installations, and miscellaneous construction tasks.
- Support subcontractors and field crews as needed.
- Assist with site layouts, measurements, and project preparation.
- Complete miscellaneous punch list items and small tasks assigned by the project management team.
Qualifications
- Previous construction, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Ability to safely operate basic hand and power tools.
- Comfortable performing physical labor and lifting construction materials.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assigned tasks.
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
