Your New Role
As an HVAC Service Technician in Norwalk, Connecticut, you will:
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
- Work on central air conditioners, heat pumps, oil furnaces, gas furnaces, boilers, and geothermal systems
- Perform preventative maintenance, seasonal inspections, and system evaluations
- Identify performance issues and present customers with effective repair or upgrade options
- Test electrical components, airflow, refrigerant levels, and system safety controls
- Complete service reports and documentation using company-provided technology
- Ensure all work complies with local regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and safety standards
- Maintain an organized service vehicle and professional presentation
- Deliver outstanding customer service while clearly communicating system findings and recommendations

Job Requirements
- High school diploma and technical school education
- Connecticut HVAC S1, S2, or D2 license preferred
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal Certification preferred
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Mechanical aptitude and a dependable work ethic
- Valid driver's license
- Authorized to work in the United States
