We are a Providence-based boutique law firm specializing in tax, bankruptcy and business law. We are seeking a motivated and industrious associate attorney with 2+ years' tax experience to support our tax practice. Our tax attorneys primarily advise on transactional, tax planning, tax controversy, and trusts and estates matters. Candidate must be detail-oriented with a strong academic background and excellent analytical, writing and communication skills. We are a team-oriented and hardworking firm. The position provides a great opportunity for a newer attorney to develop practice area expertise. For more experienced attorneys and strong performers, position will provide opportunities for growth within the firm.
Candidates must be admitted in either Rhode Island or Massachusetts and in good standing with the Rhode Island Bar and/or the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers.
Candidate should preferably have an LL.M. degree in taxation. Position is full time, in office/possibly part remote depending on experience.
Salary commensurate with experience.
