What You’ll Do for Us

Lead the end-to-end business planning process for the Global Digital Network and System Digital Council with close collaboration with Corporate Strategy and Center FP&A.
Translate strategic plans into clear execution roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
Connect all initiatives back to TCCC Long Range Plan and Annual Business Plan priorities with measurable outcomes and clear value metrics towards driving these goals
Governance & Operating Model
Establish and maintain governance frameworks, including cadence, reporting, and decision‑making structures, to drive accountability and transparency
Enable effective prioritization across competing initiatives by assessing impact, resource allocation, and organizational capacity
Closely align governance with Company business planning routines and calendar.
Performance & Value Realization
