- Experience with Databricks, Power BI, and Oracle for data integration, analytics, reporting, and business intelligence solutions.

- Ownership of the CS technology / process improvement roadmap. Provide CS leadership with recommended investment opportunities (time, technology, applications, etc) and the associated. Ensure strategic alignment with Business Technology and the CS business. .
- Drive the conception, scope definition, and execution of various types of strategic and operational business transformation initiatives, ranging from Operational Strategy to Process Improvement to Reporting. Drive the prioritization of CS Projects. .
- Provide proactive and engaged leadership on key projects designed to increase revenue, reduce expenses, enhance business efficiency, and improve customer experience.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams, execute plans to achieve business objectives while assessing and mitigating risks and issues to ensure successful delivery of programs/projects.
- Coach/advise Senior Leaders on their roles, behavior expectations and change opportunities to enable transformational change across the business.
- Act as a change agent utilizing proper stakeholder analysis and change management techniques.
- Working with the Director of Business Transformation, provide effective leadership for the initiatives under analysis and execution.
- Provide senior leadership and functional unit management with updates on project status, key metrics, issues, and risks.
- Understand and analyze various drivers impacting key metrics and outcomes and provide a fact-based recommendation to the stakeholders.
- Be a liaison between business units on projects that have a multi-organization or business unit scope.
- Facilitate team meetings and cross-functional workshops.
