Position Summary

Responsibilities Include:
Inventory Planning & Control
- Monitor inventory cycles, usage trends, and new business forecasts to effectively plan incoming receipts and warehouse space allocation.
- Optimize inventory placement to maximize space utilization and material handling efficiency.
- Maintain accurate tracking of inventory movement within NetSuite or Oracle ERP throughout the entire lifecycle.
- Perform routine inventory counts and escalate discrepancies that may impact financial or customer reporting.
- Partner directly with receiving, picking, staging, and shipping teams to ensure inventory accuracy and location integrity.
- Monitor inventory levels across both internal and third-party warehouse facilities.
- Coordinate and oversee product transfers and shipments between locations based on current and upcoming projects.
- Coordinate and oversee cross-training initiatives to expand team capabilities and maintain operational continuity.

- Generate real-time and recurring inventory and order status reports for internal leadership and customer presentation.

- Support internal and external audits by ensuring documentation accuracy and traceability.
Special Project & Continuous Improvement
- Lead or participate in special projects related to inventory optimization, system enhancements, customer transitions, and warehouse expansion initiatives.
- Support implementation of new business launches by planning inventory setup, bin configuration, and ERP alignment.
- Contribute to lean initiatives and 5S programs to improve workflow efficiency and reduce waste.

Asset & Obsolescence Management

Cross-Functional Collaboration
