As the Human Resources Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our associates and creating an environment where people feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
- Assist associates and visitors by welcoming, directing, and responding to inquiries with a friendly and professional approach.
- Perform full-cycle recruiting activities, including job postings, interviewing, onboarding paperwork, drug testing, and coordinating new hire orientation.
- Plan and execute associate recognition and engagement events to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and ensure confidentiality of all employment records and hotel-related information.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for associates on benefit programs and HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other HR team members and leaders as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring
- A positive attitude, excellent service skills, and a passion for people.
- Knowledge of HR policies and general employment laws such as ADA, FMLA, and EEOC.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to stay organized, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate flexibility and initiative.
- Ability to lift and move up to 10 lbs and follow all company work rules and procedures.
