- Determine the wants and needs of each client.
- Assist each client with appropriate sales, jewelry repairs and jewelry designing.
- Follow up with potential clients and follow through on all sales, orders and repairs.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Assist other team members as needed..
- Join the team in presenting a clean inviting store, well designed jewelry displays and sparkling clean jewelry.
- Invest time in learning the business and continually expanding your knowledge of sales, gems and jewelry.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Typical earnings range from a minimum of $45,000 - $100,000 annually.
