Join Dean Team Hyundai as we build for the future. Dean Team is constructing a new 40,000-square-foot dealership in Chesterfield Valley, and we’re seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate has a proven record of F&I performance and previous experience as a New or Used Car Sales Manager. At least four years of automotive dealership F&I experience and prior automotive sales management experience are required.
We’re looking for someone who understands both the sales desk and the finance office, produces consistent results, and takes ownership of each deal through funding.
Responsibilities
- Present financing options and F&I products clearly and professionally.
- Deliver consistent F&I gross profit and product penetration.
- Structure deals and secure financing through dealership lending partners.
- Complete accurate paperwork and follow applicable compliance requirements and dealership procedures.
- Manage contracts in transit, resolve funding issues, and minimize preventable delays and chargebacks.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide efficient, organized customer deliveries.
- Apply sales management experience to deal structure, problem-solving, and closing.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of four years of automotive dealership F&I experience.
- Previous experience as a New Car or Used Car Sales Manager.
- Proven F&I performance supported by measurable results and professional references.
- Strong knowledge of automotive financing and experience working with lenders.
- Experience with menu presentations, product sales, deal structure, and funding.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and follow-through.
- A professional, ethical approach to customers and dealership business.
