The Facilities Manager oversees the safety, maintenance, and operational readiness of the physical environment in support of clinical programming.
Key Responsibilities:
Facility Operations & Maintenance:
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the facility, grounds, and equipment
- Perform or coordinate routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and inspections
- Ensure HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems are operational
- Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment
Safety & Compliance:
- Support compliance with Missouri regulations and life safety standards
- Conduct routine safety and environmental checks
- Monitor fire safety equipment, exits, lighting, and alarms
- Assist with emergency preparedness and safety drills
Vendor & Contractor Management:
- Coordinate vendors and contractors for repairs and services
- Obtain quotes and oversee completion of work

Inventory & Supplies:
