Job Description:

- Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
- Annual Salary Pay: $70,000-$75,000 per year based on experience
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 09:00am-06:00pm (must be flexible)

Summary
The Security and Facilities Manager is a multi-functional role responsible for ensuring site security and maintaining facility operations. This position will manage third-party service providers, and support continuous improvement in workplace security, and maintenance programs.
Essential Functions
- Manage contracted 3PL security providers and ensure effective access control, surveillance, and alarm monitoring
- Oversee incident response, investigations, and timely reporting to appropriate business units.
- Coordinate with leadership on security upgrades, risk assessments, and emergency response plans.
- Provide supervision and guidance to on-site security personnel as needed.
Additional Responsibilities
- Update SOP’s as required and review weekly cost.
- Maintain integrity and confidentiality of all security-related matters.
- Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Preferred
- H.S. Diploma/GED, Required
- Three (3) years to Five (5) years or more in experience in security operations (distribution or manufacturing environment preferred), Required
- Microsoft Office and PowerBI Intermediate, Required
- Security software (Lenel/Milestone) Intermediate, Preferred
