FSL Motors is hiring one strong, motivated bilingual English/Spanish Internet Automotive Sales & Finance Specialist to join our growing team.
We receive a high volume of customer leads and credit applications from Auto Loan Options, CarGurus, Cars.com, CARFAX, CarZing, AutoList, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Google, CARVID, VisQuanta, and other online sources.
Many customers have already submitted credit applications or received lender approvals. We need someone who will take ownership of these opportunities, follow up consistently, schedule appointments, work the financing, and turn leads and approvals into vehicle sales.
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly to online leads, phone calls, texts, and credit applications
- Communicate professionally with customers in English and Spanish
- Review and process Auto Loan Options credit applications
- Submit and work applications through DealerCloud and lender portals
- Review lender approvals, stipulations, down-payment requirements, and vehicle guidelines
- Contact approved customers and explain their available options
- Collect proof of income, proof of residence, identification, insurance, and other required documents
- Match customers with vehicles that fit their approval and budget
- Schedule appointments and confirm customers will attend
- Follow up consistently with customers who do not respond or miss appointments
- Help customers select, test-drive, and purchase vehicles
- Update every lead, note, application, and appointment in DealerCloud
- Work with the sales and finance team to structure and complete deals
- Follow every opportunity until the customer buys or gives a clear final answer
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Automotive sales experience preferred
- Auto-finance or F&I knowledge strongly preferred
- Experience working credit applications and lender approvals preferred
- Strong telephone, texting, sales, and follow-up skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple leads and applications
- Persistent, professional, dependable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable using DealerCloud, CRM systems, and lender portals
- Must have or be able to obtain a Colorado Motor Vehicle Salesperson License
- Valid driver’s license required
