How You Contribute:

• Manage multiple corporate and forensic accounting engagements simultaneously across diverse industries, with strict deadlines and high-stakes outcomes
• Prepare and review detailed financial models in Excel, including forensic and predictive cash flow analyses, profit and loss statements, budgeting, economic forecasting, and business valuations
• Analyze accounting and financial data related to restructuring, turnaround efforts, orderly liquidations, and sale processes
• Identify, secure, value, document, and liquidate assets of insolvent or defunct organizations on behalf of creditors
• Develop and maintain 13-week cash flow models and proactively surface emerging challenges or opportunities
• Communicate financial findings and recommendations clearly to clients, lenders, attorneys, courts, and C-level stakeholders
• Facilitate conflict resolution by redirecting disputes into actionable, practical solutions
• Serve as a player-coach: set the plan, assign goals, mentor the team, and remove blockers without losing sight of the larger objective
• Identify and cultivate business development opportunities within the lending, legal, accounting, and restructuring communities

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 5 to 10 years of professional experience in financial reporting, analytics, or a related discipline
• Demonstrated proficiency in commercial credit analysis, financial modeling, collateral evaluation, and quantitative risk assessment developed through experience in asset-based lending, commercial banking, special assets, credit administration, or restructuring
• Strong ability to assess borrower performance, enterprise value, collateral coverage, liquidity, cash flow, and repayment risk, with the ability to translate findings into practical recommendations
• Experience advising on or supporting financial advisory, turnaround consulting, fiduciary appointments, assignments for the benefit of creditors (ABCs), receiverships, bankruptcy matters, or court-supervised engagements
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with credibility across borrowers, lenders, legal counsel, courts, and executive stakeholders
• Comfort operating under pressure, managing competing demands, and making sound decisions in distressed or transitional environments
• Entrepreneurial mindset with genuine interest in contributing to the firm's growth and market presence
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Office Suite, including Teams; experience with QuickBooks a plus
