Duties

- Manage appointment calendars using Microsoft Office tools and specialized scheduling software, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area, including filing client records and processing payments accurately
- Provide expert nail services such as manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
- Communicate clearly with clients about service options, aftercare instructions, and product recommendations to enhance their experience
- Support office management tasks including clerical work, proofreading documents, and assisting with inventory management as needed
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills to address client inquiries and resolve concerns effectively
- Utilize computer skills for data entry, client communication, and managing appointment schedules efficiently
Experience
- Previous office management or administrative experience preferred, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
