Live Love Relax is North Austin's premier massage therapy practice, and we're growing. Founded by husband-and-wife team Alejandro and Jillian, we've spent over a decade refining a methodology rooted in deep listening, intentional care, and the belief that feeling good in your body changes everything.
We are a woman and minority-owned practice built on connection. Our space is serene, our culture is warm, and our team is a true community; practitioners who show up for each other as much as they show up for clients. We keep things intentional, authentic, and personal. This is not a corporate wellness chain. This is something better.
Job Description
Front Desk Associate — Part Time Tuesday, Thursday(remote) & Saturday | $16–$18/hr | W-2 Employee
You are someone who genuinely lights up when you make another person's day better. You notice the details that others miss. You move through the world with warmth, and people leave conversations with you feeling more cared for than when they started.

Dig the Details - You'll manage the things that matter: scheduling appointments, checking clients in, processing payments, and keeping client contact information and service history accurate and current. Outstanding client satisfaction starts with you.
Keep Us Organized - You'll play an integral role in the zen of our space, for our clients and our therapists. That means helping monitor inventory, ordering supplies, and keeping our environment tidy, professional, and welcoming at all times.
Keep Growing - You'll have opportunities to support marketing and promotional efforts, assist with off-site events, and help shape the culture-building activities that make our team feel like family. The more you grow with us, the more opportunity opens up.

Front Desk Jobs in Texas: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a front desk in Texas?
Most front desk roles in Texas require a high school diploma or equivalent, and no state-issued license applies to the general position. In medical settings, many Texas employers prefer or require a Certified Medical Administrative Assistant credential, which is offered through national certification bodies and widely recognized by Texas health systems. Completing a medical billing or office administration certificate at a Texas community college strengthens your application considerably for clinical front desk roles.
Which companies hire front desks in Texas?
Texas front desk roles are posted by Marriott International, Gold's Gym, and GI ALLIANCE and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Texas's concentration of large hospital systems, hotel chains, and regional corporate headquarters means front desk openings appear consistently throughout the year rather than seasonally.
Which Texas cities have the most front desk jobs?
Houston, Austin, and Dallas have the most front desk openings in Texas. Houston leads because of its enormous medical center complex and energy sector corporate campuses, Dallas-Fort Worth follows with its density of hotel properties and financial services headquarters, and Austin's rapid growth in tech and hospitality has pushed front desk demand well above the state average in recent years.
Are there remote front desk jobs in Texas?
Yes, but they're rare. Front desk work is inherently on-site for most settings, since the role centers on greeting visitors and managing in-person traffic. About 1% of front desk openings tied to Texas are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, and those positions are almost exclusively in virtual receptionist or remote medical scheduling roles rather than traditional facility-based reception.
How can I get hired as a front desk in Texas with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is applying directly to Texas community hospital systems and hotel brands that run structured new-hire training programs for front desk associates. Large Texas health systems such as Ascension Seton and Texas Health Resources regularly post entry-level patient services representative roles that provide on-the-job training. Moving laterally from a retail cashier, call center, or food service background is common and well-regarded, and completing a short medical office administration certificate at a Texas community college gives candidates a clear edge in healthcare front desk hiring.
Where can I find and apply to front desk jobs in Texas?
You can find and apply to front desk jobs in Texas on Migrate Mate, which lists current Texas openings across healthcare, hospitality, and corporate settings. Search the listings to find roles that match your experience level and preferred location, then apply directly to the ones that fit.
