Growth Jobs in New Hampshire: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a growth in New Hampshire?
Growth roles in New Hampshire do not require a state-issued license or registration. Most employers look for a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a quantitative field combined with hands-on experience running growth experiments. Building a portfolio of campaigns with measurable outcomes, earning recognized certifications in analytics or digital marketing, and gaining experience at a New Hampshire technology company or startup accelerator strengthens a candidate's profile considerably.
Which companies hire growths in New Hampshire?
Employers hiring growths in New Hampshire right now include CVS Health, Auto Care Plus, and BAE Systems USA, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. New Hampshire's technology corridor along Route 3 and the Manchester–Nashua metro also produces consistent openings at fintech firms, defense contractors, and regional healthcare systems that have built dedicated growth teams.
Which New Hampshire cities have the most growth jobs?
Concord, Manchester, and New Hampshire lead New Hampshire for growth job openings. Manchester anchors the market as the state's largest city and commercial hub, drawing technology and financial services firms, while Nashua's dense Route 3 tech corridor and proximity to the Massachusetts border bring additional demand, and Concord's concentration of state government-adjacent organizations and healthcare employers rounds out the top tier.
Are there remote growth jobs in New Hampshire?
Yes, and more than most fields. About 33% of growth openings tied to New Hampshire are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, reflecting the largely analytical and digital nature of the work. Roles focused on performance marketing, SEO, and data-driven experimentation are the most likely to offer fully remote arrangements, while positions requiring close collaboration with local product or sales teams tend to stay hybrid.
How can I get hired as a growth in New Hampshire with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is joining a New Hampshire technology startup or digital agency as a marketing coordinator or junior analyst, where growth responsibilities are folded into a broader role. Employers like Dyn alumni-founded ventures in Manchester and mid-size SaaS companies in Nashua often hire generalists willing to own experimentation. Building a personal project portfolio, completing analytics certifications, and targeting associate-level growth or demand generation roles at regional healthcare and fintech organizations opens the door without prior title-specific experience.
Where can I find and apply to growth jobs in New Hampshire?
You can find and apply to growth jobs in New Hampshire on Migrate Mate, which lists current openings from employers actively hiring in the state. Search the listings, find the roles that fit your background and target location, and apply directly to the ones that match your experience.
