Join our dynamic house cleaning company as a Human Resources Manager and lead our HR initiatives with energy, precision, and strategic insight! In this vital role, you will champion human capital management, oversee employee relations, and drive organizational success through innovative talent management and compliance excellence. Your leadership will empower our teams to thrive by fostering a positive workplace culture, streamlining HR processes, and ensuring adherence to employment laws. Our company is growing rapidly and we need someone experiences and ready to work! Most work will be remote; However, team meetings will be held in person. Work will start as part time and as we grow, there will be plenty of work to come!
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies aligned with organizational goals, including workforce management, succession planning, and organizational design.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing HR sourcing, recruiting processes, and onboarding procedures such as employee orientation to attract top talent.
- Oversee employee evaluation systems, performance management initiatives, and training & development programs to promote continuous growth.
- Administer benefits programs, payroll processing, workers' compensation claims, and FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) compliance to ensure employee well-being and legal adherence.
- Manage HR systems including HRIS (Human Resources Information System), ATS (Applicant Tracking System), Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and other platforms for data collection, reporting, and analytics.
- Handle employee relations issues with effective conflict management strategies while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations such as OSHA standards and affirmative action planning requirements.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources management within a fast-paced environment, demonstrating expertise in HR department functions including personnel administration and regulatory compliance management.
- Strong background in talent acquisition, project management, change management initiatives, and organization design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally while engaging effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law in talent management practices along with experience in benefits administration and payroll processing.
- Familiarity with social media management for employer branding purposes is a plus; experience with ATS tools such as iCIMS or Lever is beneficial.
