As our Human Resources Coordinator, you’ll help create a seamless experience for our Experience Curators from onboarding and recruiting to engagement and daily HR support. You’ll be an important part of keeping our HR operations organized, our records secure, and our culture connected through recognition, events, job fairs, and community outreach.
Education and Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, human resources, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Professional, polished, and service-minded demeanor.
• Genuine interest in supporting employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent bending and movement throughout the workplace.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality.
