How do I get a human resources job in Irving?
Focus on Irving's dominant employer types: large corporate headquarters in Las Colinas, logistics and distribution operations near DFW Airport, and regional financial services firms along the 635 corridor. Candidates with experience in high-volume recruiting, benefits administration, or HR business partnering stand out here. Familiarity with multi-site or multi-state operations is a practical edge, since many Irving employers manage workforces well beyond the city.
Which companies hire human resourcess in Irving?
Employers hiring human resourcess in Irving right now include CHRISTUS Health, Jobot, and Michaels, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Irving's employer base skews toward large corporations with dedicated HR departments, regional healthcare networks, and logistics firms that maintain sizable permanent headcounts, all of which hire human resources professionals on a recurring basis.
Are there remote human resources jobs in Irving?
Yes, though it depends on the role: desk-based functions like HR operations, benefits coordination, and HRIS management are commonly remote, while employee relations, on-site recruiting, and HR business partner roles typically require in-person presence. About 40% of human resources openings tied to Irving are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, reflecting that mix. Corporate headquarters in Las Colinas are most likely to offer hybrid arrangements for senior HR roles.
How can I get a human resources job in Irving with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Irving is through HR coordinator or HR assistant roles at the area's large corporate employers in Las Colinas, where high headcounts create ongoing openings at the support level. Logistics and distribution companies near DFW Airport also hire HR assistants to handle scheduling, onboarding, and compliance paperwork. A degree in human resources, business, or psychology helps, and experience with any HRIS platform, even from an internship, gives you a concrete advantage in screening.
