Duties
- Engage with potential and existing clients via email, phone and zoom, providing exceptional customer service, product information and pricing.

- Handle customer inquiries, process orders and see them through to completion.
- Work with vendors and manage open vendor purchase orders.
- Follow up with clients to nurture relationships and build customer loyalty.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or customer support roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- A knowledge of Quick Books is a plus. Familiarity with data entry processes is required.
- Strong organizational skills are needed.
