What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greeting customers, assisting with purchases, processing transactions, and maintaining the sales floor.
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails
- Maintaining and developing positive business and customer relationships
- Managing quotes using company software and ensuring quotes are profitable using various distribution channels
- Working directly with order entry sales team to ensure orders are accurate and shipped on time
- Maintaining a punctual and accurate pipeline of customers to ensure accurate forecasting
- Communicating a consistent message and utilizing approved marketing materials
- Performing other related duties as assigned

- Proven work experience as a sales representative in a retail environment
- The ability to understand cost, pricing, and margins
- A friendly and engaging demeanor and the ability to present the store and its products in a positive and professional manner
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong phone presence
