Wanna Work Somewhere FUN and Make a Difference? Aqua-Tots Swim Schools Glendale is hiring Swim Instructors — no experience needed. If you're 16+ and looking for a part-time job that’s flexible, active, and actually fun, come join our team! We’ll train you to teach kids how to swim and be safe in the water—no experience needed!
WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT HERE:
- Flexible hours to fit your school, sports, or life schedule
- Start at $16/hr. with the opportunity to earn a raise every 3 months—based on performance, reliability, and attitude!
- Be part of a fun, supportive team
- Work in a (90°!) pool that is indoors
- Make a real impact—help kids learn life-saving skills
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Teaching swim lessons using our proven curriculum
- Cheering on kids as they learn and grow in the water
- Making lessons fun, safe, and memorable
- Talking with parents and teammates with confidence and positivity
- Keeping things on time and organized
- Pitching in with simple cleanup tasks to keep the place looking great
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Confident swimmer (you don’t need to be an Olympic athlete!)
- Great with kids and love working with them
- Positive attitude, high energy, and great communication
- Reliable and on time
- Physically able to lift 30 lbs., climb out of the pool, and work in warm water for 4–5 hours
