What You'll Do
- Sell Auto, Home, Renters, and other personal lines insurance products to new and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
- Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and communication
- Follow up on leads and maximize every sales opportunity
- Work closely with our team to achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
What We're Looking For
- Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty License (required)
- Previous insurance sales experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Goal-oriented, competitive, and self-motivated
- Professional attitude with a commitment to outstanding customer service
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
Requirements
- Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty License required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation to our West El Paso office near UTEP
- This is an on-site position; remote work is not available
