We’re seeking a motivated, results-driven Insurance Sales Producer who’s ready to grow their income and career. Join a fast-growing team where your effort directly impacts your earnings. Compensation
- $36,000 base salary
- Uncapped commission
- $60,000+ realistic first-year earnings
- Six-figure potential for top performers
What You’ll Do
- Generate new business (leads, referrals, outbound)

- Build and maintain client relationships
- Schedule and run appointments
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty License (required)
- Must obtain Life & Health License within 6 months (training provided)
- Strong communication and sales skills
