Responsibilities:
- Present and sell auto, home, renters, GL and commercial insurance policies to new and existing clients.
- Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous way
- Meet Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics
- Market with local complimentary businesses to build relationships that help the company grow
Qualifications:
- Must be Bilingual with excellent verbal & written communication skills in both English & Spanish
- Not required but Preferred Licensed agents
- Previous experience, customer service, or other related fields
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Great time management and punctuality
- Reliable form of transportation
- Willing to travel at times to DFW locations
