In this position, you'll work directly with prospective and existing customers to understand their insurance needs, develop personalized quotes, present coverage options, and turn opportunities into new business. You'll also build long-term relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.

We're looking for someone who brings confidence, initiative, and a sales-driven mindset. You'll receive hands-on training and support while being expected to take ownership of your opportunities, maintain a strong sense of urgency, and consistently work toward established production goals.

Salary Range: $42,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

• Previous sales experience

• Strong phone etiquette

• Strong sense of urgency and consistent follow-through
• Property & Casualty General Lines license or willingness to obtain

What You'll Do

Your primary responsibility will be generating new business while developing strong relationships with prospective and existing customers. You'll manage opportunities throughout the sales process, from identifying customer needs and preparing quotes to presenting solutions, closing sales, and maintaining relationships after the sale.

• Develop personalized insurance quotes based on customer needs
• Present insurance products and coverage options clearly and professionally
• Follow up consistently with prospective customers and outstanding quotes
