- You are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- Your cumulative GPA is at least 3.20
- You are a rising junior, rising senior, or master's student at the start of the internship
- You have broad interests in engineering, design and development
