SunElement Energy is seeking dependable, motivated Production Operators to join our growing solar manufacturing facility in Dublin, Georgia.
If you have experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operation, warehouse operations, or a similar industrial environment, we want to hear from you.
Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred, and training will be provided on SunElement Energy's equipment, processes, safety procedures, and quality standards.
What You'll Do
As a Production Operator, you'll be part of the team responsible for manufacturing and inspecting high-quality solar modules.
Responsibilities may include:
- Operating and monitoring production machinery and equipment
- Performing production, assembly, and manufacturing-line tasks
- Assembling and inspecting solar modules according to quality standards
- Identifying defects and assisting with product repair or rework
- Performing string and module repair/rework when assigned
- Maintaining production efficiency and meeting daily production goals
- Following all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and production-ready workstation
- Working closely with team leaders, supervisors, and production employees
- Performing other production-related duties as assigned
Employees may be trained in multiple areas of the manufacturing process based on experience, performance, and production needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operation, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred
- Experience in a fast-paced production environment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to follow safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Dependable attendance and punctuality are required
- Must be available to work the assigned day or night shift and required overtime
Schedule & Hours
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Schedule: 6 days per week
Expected Hours: Approximately 69 hours per week
Overtime: Required
