INTRODUCTION
Stuut is transforming accounts receivable for B2B companies—making collections smarter and faster for companies that have historically relied on manual processes that are labor intensive and costly. Our platform is gaining traction with finance teams across industrials, chemicals, and manufacturing sectors from Fortune 10 brands to scaling midmarkets. We're backed by top-tier investors including a16z, Khosla, Activant, 1984 Ventures and Page One.
THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Marketing Campaigns Manager to be the engine behind our marketing motion, the person who makes campaigns and events actually happen. You’ll work under our Head of Marketing and in close partnership with our Demand Gen Lead and agency partners to execute across every channel that moves a prospect from first impression to a booked meeting.
This is a high-velocity, high-ownership role for someone who is AI-native to the core and obsessed with outcomes. If you think in systems, learn fast, fail fast, and fix faster, this is where you’ll grow up in marketing.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Execute multichannel campaigns end to end across field events, ABM plays, and multimedia programs that drive pipe generation and increase deal velocity.
- Own the tactical execution of events, from logistics through follow-up, making sure every meaningful moment is captured and gets strategic next steps.
- Own inbound and channel-sourced leads from first impression through opportunity creation.
- Build scalable, AI-native automation across our tech stack to power outreach, enrichment, follow-up, and pipe gen.
- Drive creative execution for target account based marketing efforts.
YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU…
- Bring one to three years of marketing, growth, or a strong adjacent background, and you’re hungry to grow fast.
- Are AI-native, having personally built automated workflows across a modern marketing tech stack with agents embedded throughout, and you can show examples tied to real results.
- Are a creative story teller at heart, which shows up in how you write, design, and communicate.
- Are data-minded, with real experience in data analysis, SQL, or statistics as a major plus.
- Can run cross-functional projects and keep stakeholders aligned without any formal authority over them.
- Thrive in hypergrowth and ambiguity with a strong attention to detail, and you fixate on creating outcomes.
COMPENSATION
- Top-of-market salary and equity package
- Benefits (for U.S.-based full-time employees)
- Medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you
- 401(k) & Match
- Equity
- Flexible PTO
- Parental Leave

Tips for Your Marketing Campaign Manager Job Search
Quantify campaign results on your resume
Hiring managers scan for ROI, not responsibilities. Replace vague bullets with specific outcomes: conversion lift, cost-per-lead reduction, or revenue attributed to a campaign. Numbers tied to your work are what separate your resume from generic applicants.
Apply early to roles that fit
Migrate Mate lists marketing campaign manager openings from across the United States in one place, so you can find roles that match and apply directly to each listing.
Tailor your resume to the channel mix
A listing that emphasizes paid search and lifecycle email needs a resume that mirrors those terms. Swap out generic 'multi-channel marketing' language for the exact channels the role names, pulling phrases directly from each job description before you apply.
Build a one-page campaign case study
Attach or link a short case study showing a campaign you owned from brief to results. Include the objective, your approach, the channels, and the outcome. One strong example with real context outperforms a portfolio of vague project summaries.
Prepare for a campaign audit exercise
Many marketing campaign manager interviews include a take-home or live exercise where you critique a real campaign or build a brief. Practice critiquing a brand's recent launch: what the strategy implies, where the messaging falls short, and what you would change.
Negotiate scope before negotiating title
Before accepting an offer, confirm which campaigns you will own end-to-end versus support. Budget authority, agency oversight, and cross-functional sign-off chains all affect whether the role matches what the title implies. Clarifying scope now prevents misaligned expectations on day one.
Marketing Campaign Manager Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
Which companies are hiring the most marketing campaign managers?
The companies hiring the most marketing campaign managers right now include TikTok, NVIDIA, and Capgemini, with the largest share of openings in California, Washington, and New York, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. Demand is consistently strong at enterprise technology companies, large retail brands, and full-service marketing agencies.
How many marketing campaign manager jobs are remote?
About 33% of marketing campaign manager openings are fully remote or hybrid as of June 2026, reflecting a strong shift toward flexible work in this role. Email, lifecycle, and digital performance campaign roles tend to be the most remote-friendly, while field marketing and event-integrated campaign roles more often require an on-site or hybrid arrangement.
How do you become a marketing campaign manager?
Start by building hands-on experience running campaigns in a coordinator, specialist, or generalist marketing role. Develop proficiency in at least one marketing automation platform and one paid media channel. Earn a platform certification such as Google Ads or HubSpot to validate your skills. Move into campaign ownership by managing a channel or campaign type end-to-end, then document results to position yourself for manager-level roles.
Can you get a marketing campaign manager job without much experience?
Yes, especially if you can demonstrate campaign ownership in adjacent roles such as email coordinator, paid media specialist, or marketing associate. Employers weigh portfolio evidence heavily, so a case study showing a campaign you planned, executed, and measured carries significant weight. Internships, freelance projects, or volunteer campaigns for nonprofits can substitute for formal experience when paired with platform certifications.
What does the marketing campaign manager interview process look like?
The process typically includes an initial recruiter screen, a hiring manager interview focused on past campaign work and cross-functional collaboration, and a practical exercise such as a campaign brief or audit. Final rounds often involve a panel with stakeholders from creative, sales, or data teams. Expect detailed questions about how you measure success, manage timelines, and handle conflicting priorities across campaigns.
Where can I find and apply to marketing campaign manager jobs?
You can find and apply to marketing campaign manager jobs on Migrate Mate, which lists current openings from across the United States. Find roles that match your experience and specialization, then apply directly to each listing from the page.
