- Support crisis communications execution (severe weather, outages) with rapid campaign builds and real-time deployment within established marketing workflows.
Campaign Analysis, Testing & Optimization:
- Monitor campaign performance across key metrics (open rate, click rate, conversion, churn impact, revenue influence) and deliver regular reporting with actionable insights.
- Design and execute creative tests to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and inform future planning cycles.
- Partner with analytics and data teams to validate audience lists, track behavioral signals, and ensure measurement frameworks are in place before launching.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Experience in crisis or issue management strongly preferred.

Marketing Campaign Manager Jobs in Texas: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a marketing campaign manager in Texas?
Marketing campaign manager roles in Texas require no state-issued license or registration, so the path runs through education and experience. Most Texas employers expect a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business. Building hands-on experience through agency work, in-house coordinator roles, or internships at Texas-based companies is the standard route. Industry certifications such as Google Ads or HubSpot Content Marketing strengthen a candidate's profile and are commonly referenced in Texas job listings.
How much do marketing campaign managers make in Texas?
Marketing campaign managers in Texas earn a median of about $147,880 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $81,820 for the lowest 10% to over $259,200 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire marketing campaign managers in Texas?
Employers hiring marketing campaign managers in Texas right now include Apttus Corporation, Conga, and DoorDash, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. Texas's concentration of corporate headquarters in Dallas and technology employers in Austin means demand is broad, with both large enterprise teams and regional brands posting regularly.
Which Texas cities have the most marketing campaign manager jobs?
Houston, Austin, and Plano have the most marketing campaign manager openings in Texas. Dallas leads because of its dense concentration of corporate headquarters in financial services, telecom, and retail, while Austin's technology sector drives consistent demand and Houston's energy and healthcare industries generate steady openings for campaign professionals managing B2B and consumer audiences.
Are there remote marketing campaign manager jobs in Texas?
Yes, and more than most fields. Marketing campaign management is largely a desk-based, digital role, which makes it well suited to remote and hybrid arrangements. About 33% of marketing campaign manager openings tied to Texas are remote or hybrid as of June 2026, reflecting the broader flexibility in the marketing profession. Campaign strategy, content development, and performance reporting are the functions most commonly performed fully remotely.
How can I get hired as a marketing campaign manager in Texas with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is a coordinator or marketing associate role at a Texas agency or mid-size brand, where exposure to campaign execution is built quickly. Large Texas employers such as Dell, H-E-B, and regional healthcare systems often post entry-level marketing positions that feed into campaign teams. Moving laterally from roles in social media, email marketing, or content creation is common. A portfolio showing campaign results, combined with a certification like Google Ads or Meta Blueprint, gives candidates a clear edge over applicants without either.
