Apple Valley Behavioral Health is an established, therapist owned and operated private practice serving Central Connecticut since 2015. We are seeking compassionate and dependable licensed and associate level mental health therapists to join our experienced clinical team.
This position is available part time or full time, with W2 and 1099 opportunities depending on licensure, schedule and employment structure.
Our clinicians are able to focus on what they do best: providing excellent clinical care. Apple Valley handles the infrastructure around the work, including client referrals, scheduling, billing, administrative support, professional office space and practice operations.
We currently have strong demand for in person therapy services at our Southington office. Telehealth can also be incorporated into a clinician's schedule, making this a flexible hybrid opportunity. Candidates should be comfortable providing an in person component to their schedule; this is not a telehealth only position.
Clinicians may work with children, adolescents, adults, couples and/or families based on their experience, interests and areas of competence. You are not expected to work with every population.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing individual, couples and/or family psychotherapy within your areas of competence
- Completing timely and clinically appropriate documentation
- Developing and maintaining treatment plans
- Coordinating care when clinically appropriate
- Maintaining professional, ethical and licensing standards
- Participating in supervision or clinical consultation as appropriate
