Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a therapist who:
- Holds a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Is fully and independently licensed in Minnesota (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, LP)
- Has experience providing both in-person and telehealth therapy
- Is experienced and comfortable working with children, adolescents, teens and adults
- Is confident in diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing therapeutic care
- Is comfortable managing the responsibilities of independent contractor status
What You’ll Do
- Provide outpatient psychotherapy services in-person and via telehealth
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation
- Manage and grow your caseload
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to biweekly group consults
