INTRODUCTION
Indiana University Health Medical Group South Region is seeking an additional Neurologist to join our successful and productive team in Bloomington, Indiana. This unique position would perform EMG, EEG interpretation, and VNS interrogation.
Position Highlights:
- Part-time with a .6 FTE
- Flexible schedule (2 weeks per month)
- No direct general neurology patient care
QUALIFICATIONS
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neurology
- Preference for Neuromuscular Fellowship training
- Physician licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
- Visa sponsorship available; H-1B or J-1

HEALTHCARE SYSTEM/HOSPITAL DESCRIPTION
The new IU Health Bloomington Hospital and Regional Academic Health Center opened in December 2021. The facility offers a personalized approach to inpatient services (including intensive care, complex surgeries and comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology services), outpatient services with leading-edge diagnostic testing, flexible space in the emergency department for post-care observation, a dedicated trauma center and a cancer infusion center.
At the same time, the facility strengthens healthcare education by providing space for collaboration and coordination of care and teaching. Students and trainees frequently come to the hospital side of the facility for clinical experiences.
