Job Description:
Dignity Home Health Care, LLC is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as the RN responsible for supervision of personal care services as we establish our Virginia-licensed Home Care Organization (HCO).
Requirements:
- Current Virginia Registered Nurse (RN) license or current multistate RN privilege authorizing practice in Virginia.
- Must be qualified and able to perform RN supervisory responsibilities for personal care services.
- Experience in home care, home health, personal care, private duty, or community-based care is strongly preferred.
- Experience supervising caregivers, PCAs, CNAs, or home attendants is preferred.
- Knowledge of Virginia home care regulations, client assessments, plans of service, documentation, and compliance is preferred.
- Must be able to provide documentation necessary to verify professional credentials and qualifications.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervise personal care services in accordance with Virginia HCO requirements.
- Conduct client assessments and reassessments.
- Develop and review written plans of service.
- Provide appropriate supervision of personal care services and home attendants.
- Monitor changes in clients’ conditions and ensure appropriate documentation.
- Assist with caregiver competency, training, and quality/compliance activities.
- Be available as required for appropriate clinical supervision and regulatory compliance.
Schedule: Part-time initially, with potential for expanded hours as the company grows.
Compensation: Competitive hourly pay based on qualifications and home care experience.
