Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our Night Shift team at Birchwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. As an RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents while also supervising and mentoring our nursing staff. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to our residents, including assessing their physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing care interventions
