Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate nutritional status, medical history, and dietary habits.

- Provide nutrition counseling and education to clients with diverse needs, including weight management, chronic disease management, geriatrics, and acute care cases.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field; registered dietitian (RD) credential preferred.
- Proven experience working with individuals with specific dietary needs across clinical settings such as hospitals or long-term care facilities.
- Strong knowledge of physiology, clinical nutrition principles, and diagnostic evaluation methods.
- Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR systems for documentation and patient record management.
- Familiarity with nutrition support procedures including tube feeding and care plans for chronic diseases.
- Excellent client communication skills coupled with the ability to supervise or mentor junior staff members when needed.
