Mary's Mountain Cookies is looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and dependable individual to lead our Winter Park operations during the winter season.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with customers, and can effectively manage multiple responsibilities while ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations at 2-3 cookie kiosks throughout Winter Park Resort
- Ensure exceptional customer service and a memorable guest experience
- Coordinate inventory, product deliveries, and kiosk setup
- Support and lead team members during peak business periods
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational standards
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure kiosks operate efficiently
Qualifications
- Positive attitude with strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel between Granby and Winter Park Resort
- Available to work weekends, holidays, and peak winter periods
- Customer service and supervisory experience preferred
