This position plays an important role in ensuring our home improvement projects move smoothly from sale to completion. Working closely with our Sales, Operations, Warehouse, and Installation teams, you'll help ensure project details are accurate, documentation is complete, and everyone has the information they need to get the job done right.
We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, enjoys problem-solving, communicates effectively, and can manage multiple priorities in a busy, team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
- Review sales contracts and project files to ensure information is accurate, complete, and ready for ordering and project execution.
- Work closely with the Sales team to clarify project details, resolve discrepancies, and obtain missing information.
- Maintain accurate project notes, documentation, and outstanding issue lists in MarketSharp.
- Prepare and distribute project schedules, summaries, and updates to keep teams informed.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support project timelines and ensure a smooth transition from sale through installation.
- Proactively identify potential issues, communicate concerns, and follow up to help prevent project delays.
- Assist with scheduling, product ordering, and other operational activities to keep projects moving forward.
- Complete project billing and warranty documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide additional project coordination and administrative support as needed.
