Tuesday and Thursdays: 7:30a-5:45/6p
Fridays: 7:45-noon (Fairhope)
**Duties:**
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage patients doing therapy as well as directing the therapy floor
- Manage scheduling, billing and appointments efficiently
- Handle phone system, directing calls to appropriate personnel
- Maintain medical records accurately and confidentially
- Utilize knowledge of medical terminology to facilitate communication
- Cross trained with Patient Manager/Front Desk Roles
- Assist in managing online marketing efforts and scheduling New Patients
- Provide administrative support as needed
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in the medical field is a plus
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
