Heartline Staffing is recruiting an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner for a full-time outpatient opportunity in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide care to patients of all ages with a focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, patient education, and consistent team-based care. The provider will work alongside an experienced clinical support team and have dedicated administrative time built into the daily schedule.
SCHEDULE
- Monday-Friday schedule
- No weekends
- 7 clinical hours per day
- 1 hour of dedicated administrative time daily
- Minimal after-hours on-call responsibilities by phone only
- One late clinic shift approximately every 6-7 weeks
- Average patient volume of 15+ patients per day
CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan
- Deliver preventive care and routine health services
- Manage chronic medical conditions
- Provide patient education and ongoing health guidance
- Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary care team
- Maintain consistent, patient-centered care within an outpatient setting
COMPENSATION
- Base salary: $125,000-$140,000 annually
- Student loan repayment up to $50,000
- Relocation assistance up to $10,000
