- Prints, releases and distributes work orders, pick lists, shipping documents and production paperwork.
- Monitors work order status throughout production to ensure timely completion.
- Issues work orders based on approved priorities, customer requirements and operational capacity.
- Maintains and creates various records, reports and dashboards.
- Verifies order accuracy before releases.
- Escalates potential delays, material shortages, system issues, or capacity constraints to leadership.
- Coordinates order priorities with interdepartmental resources as needed.
- Investigates and troubleshoots discrepancies.
- Ensures all required documentation is complete and accurate for all orders.
- Ensures transaction accuracy across departments and systems.
- Monitors trends and proactively recommends process improvements to leadership.
- Participates in daily production meetings as required.
- Monitors queues and identifies issues that may affect on-time shipping.
- Supports special projects as needed.
