- Coordinate trailer pool requirements to support production and customer shipments.
- Monitor inventory and identify potential shortages or excess materials.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts, production delays, material constraints, and delivery risks.
- Track and report metrics such as schedule adherence, customer service, inventory, downtime, and throughput.
- Participate in forecasting, supply planning, and production planning meetings.
- Recommend improvements to scheduling, material planning, fulfillment, and communication processes.
